Post Brake Upgrade

I want to install a set of 20-inch wheels on my '04 F150 new body style. What should I do in order to upgrade my brakes? Thanks.

I put 20's on my 04 Screw 4x4. It seems to stop ok.I did pick up a squeal on the left front which is starting to annoy me.I went with 305-55-20 tires.Let me know if you find a kit for your truck.I may try it myself.

I am no expert, but essenitally the rolling weight may remain the same, but the weight is moved out farther causing the brakes to work harder to get the truck to stop. So in short, YES you really should upgrade your brakes.

It isn't something if it were me that I would worry about. Just going to need to change pads more frequently. Some time down the road when it may be more affordable you should up grade to bigger brakes.
