Question Wheel Tire Combo Sales

I will soon be in the market for a new set of tires. I have a '97 F150 4x4 off road. It has stock 17" rims, beleive they are 7.5" wide.

My question is I've been thinking of upgrading to aftermarket rims and tires. I was courious if you guys (and gals, I know your here too ) know of any places I can find a affordable wheel / tire combo sale. I want to get them as a set. I don't want to break the bank though.

Any suggestions would be greatly apperciated!

Hoss,

I just ordered a wheel/tire combo from Discount Tire (www.tires.com) for my Expy. Locally, it was going cost me $700 just for tires for my stock 16" wheels, but I was able to get a set of 17" aftermarket wheels with tires mounted/balanced and shipped for $1030 total ( I wanted 18", but they were out of stock of the style I wanted ). Plus, I'll sell my old wheels on Ebay and recoup some of my money.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Here's the new tire/wheel combo (17x8 MB's w/ 275/60-17 Falken's):

Mild mods so far...EB grille, Navigator chrome window mouldings, Gibson exhaust, Bilsteins, K&N filter, and diamond headlights/foglights enroute on the BigBrownTruck.
