285/75/16's on a stock 4x2?
285/75/16's on a stock 4x2?
Is anyone running/has ran these size tires without a lift? Any probs?
I may be going to a 3.5 fabteh spindle and blocked rear next year early, but need bigger tires now. I have the 235's on my 2004 Heritage, and my undercarriage is getting beat up at work (dirt work). I would buy 265's, but I know I'll want 285's if I do the lift later, and I have no interest in a body lift. Not looking for knobby prerunner look, just better work tires.
I saw an unlifted 4x2 this weeknend in a parking lot, looked good, but I never saw the owner to ask if they rub.

I've seen a few people running 285's on stock 4x2's. It is an extemely tight fit stock, and the wheelwells look very stuffed. If you plan on a lift in the near future, they would be a good choice.
