Angry 2004 f150 rear rotors

I HAVE YET TO HAVE ANY LUCK WITH THESE ROTORS. SO FAR I HAVE MET 11 PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO DEALER THAT WILL FIX THIS ISSUE. I'M SURPRISED THAT NOBODY ON THIS SITE HAS HEARD OF THIS OR KNOWS ANYONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM IS 2 GROOVES CUT INTO THE ROTORS. I ONLY HAVE 4300 MILES ON THIS TRUCK. ONE GUY ONLY HAD 600 MILES AND HIS WHERE CUT UP PRETTY GOOD.

Hi Mr. Big:

I have just found this site in my search for other 04 F150 owners that have brake problems.

I have a 04 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 with 4150 miles on it. The front brake rotors seem to be quite warped already and I can feel deep groves in the rear ones. I am shocked as I have only driven the truck on road to work and have driven it very slowly and carefully.

I have not taken it back to the dealer yet. I would rather find a good aftermarket source for rotors and pads but so far have not found any. The problem may be the calipers not appling pressure evenly. My search and information gathering has just begun though and I also need to search this site completely when time permits.

Another problem is when starting off from a complete stop, if you are turning at the same time it vibrates really bad until you complete the corner. Could this just be a 4 wheel drive thing as this is my first one?

I will post any pertinent information I come across to this site.

Thanks,
