Anyone here have any experience/advise for removing a stuck wheel lock. I followed the directions and torqued it down to the veh. manu. recommendations (150 lb/ft for 04 F150) and now the damn thing won't come off.

If it's not stripped, soak it overnight with penetrant and use a long breaker bar. The high torque lugs take alot of oomph and snap hard when they break loose.
