Hello all. Need a little advice. Im looking to get some gnarly tires put on my 1997 Ford F150XLT single cab. How big and gnarly can I get without having top purchase new rims. Im looking for some knbby off road tires to make the truck look a little meaner and maybe sit a little higher. What do you guys reccommend without buying new rims, or if you have any idea on some good priced rims and tires, share that info as well. Thanks in advance.

 

Do you have a 4x4 or a 4x2? Also, do you have 16 or 17 inch rims?

 

Ive got a 4X2 with the 16inch stock wheels.
It aint much but I want it to look a little meaner. Without the Body lift and maybe just some phat offroad tires.

 

I'd suggest a 265/75-16 which works out to be approximatley a 32x10.50-16.
