I replaced two front tires on my L a month ago.I kept one of them,Is it possible and or safe to place a front passenger side tire on the rear drivers side?(I still have some burn outs to perform before replacing the rears)

Since the F1s are unidirectional, they rotate on the same side of the vehicle when they are on rims. Once they are dismounted, they can be installed in any location. Your passenger's side front tire would be flipped on the rim to run in either position on the driver's side. There are unidirectional arrows on both sides of the tire; follow these arrows and you'll be fine.
