Stud's shearing off!!

This week i've had two lugs/studs shear off my back right wheel. I have aftermarket 18 in rims that are made to fit the truck but this is the second time this has happened. any ideas???

Are you retorquing the wheels after driving about 15 miles on them? This happened to me and it was due to not getting the wheels retorqued soon enough after putting the tires back on
