Rotors
Rotors
I want to replace my rotors since they are warped. If I change the rotors should I change the pads at the same time? Just wonder if old pads can damage new rotors. How tough is it to change the rotors?
Thanks
Thanks

I would definitly change the pads. If spending all that money on rotors spend a couple extra bucks for good quality pads. If your old ones are glazed badly they could just over heat your new rotors and posibly warp them too.
It is not that difficult to replace the rotors. Will need new wheel bearing grease to repack the bearings, a c- clamp to compress the caliper back so all will fit together. Dont remember the sizes, but I know they were metric sockets, to remove the caliper support also. If you are remotely mechanical this is an easy DIY.

Never replace the rotors without replacing the pads, too.
It jumped! The other deer double dog dared him, and ou know you can't pass on a double dog dare!
Actually, according to the story that went around the 'net, it was hit by a train and thrown up there.
sledd; how did that deer get up on that pole.?????
