My front tires always wear abnormally... They don't wear evenly across the tire, on both sides the tires are worn on the outside considerably more than the rest of the tire... This has happened on 2 sets of new tires... I always understood this too mean when they wear like that the front end needs to be aligned because the tires are pointing inward as the car moves down the road... I took it to get the alignment done and they said they had to adjust it a little but it wasn't bad, they corrected it to specs but I am still getting the outside wear... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

 

The truck always pulls to the right... I have a 98 Exp. XLT..

 

Is your tire's air pressure correct? Do you trust the place you took it to for an alignment?

if it wasnt bad out of alignment like they say, then i would say tire pressure is low.

 

What kind of tires, and what size tires are you running?

I've had that problem when going up a size from stock tires, and needed alignment.
