new to board (and F150) so any help is greatly appreciated.

Just got the 2004 F150 supercab 4x4 XLT. Factory wheels (tires and rims) are too small. How big can I go with the wheels without lifting the truck?

I have 305-75/16s on 16x10" rims with a 4" back space on a stock 98 f-150. Which brings me to the torsion bar issue. I crancked my torsion bars two turns. No re-allignment required and no advers effects. Look at my gallery to see the fit.Good luck.

 

The 04's are a completely different truck than the 97-03's.
