Brakes...questions

On my wife's 00 Expy EB, we had a "brake job" last year. I've never tried to understand much about brakes until now. This brake job was a replacement of pads with ceramic (good one's too...don't know what brand though) and the rotors turned. We now have the rotor shimmy from what I'm very sure is warpage.
Question #1. Is it OK to just replace the rotors? Because the pads are relatively new and expensive. If so, is there a procedure I need to follow in order to prepare new rotors and old pads for each other?
Question #2. What brand does Ford sell if I were to get stock replacements from a dealership? (I get a discount from a local dealership.)

I've done a lot of reading on the difficulty of removal of the rotor, but since they have only been on a year or so, hopefully they won't stuck very badly...

the best bet for replacements at dealer would be the motorcraft line. as for replacing rotors and leaving old pads it can be done but isn't recommended. i would make sure they wore evenly and that they move in the bracket easy and caliper slides arnt frozen up. you could have less braking force because the pads will have to wear to the new rotors.

it could shorten the life of the rotors.

i know what i would do on my own vehicle but im not sayin it is the right thing to do. i'd just do rotors but keep a close eye on them for awhile and make sure everything is workin right.
