Post new wheels/tires

ok ok, will 15 inch rims w/ 33inch tires fit on stock f150, 2000 4x4? if not what needs t change the rims or the tire height? if 15's wont fit, then good mt w/ 17 inch rim under 250 bucks?
i hate my 17's, theyre ugly, wont shine and offroad tires are basically limited to 15/16inch unless i wanna shell out 300 bucks/tire. so....a little help please.

15's won't fit on your truck because the brakes are too large. You have to use a 16 inch or larger wheel. You could go with a 285/70-17(33x11.50), a 305/70-17 (34x12.50) or a 33x12.50 tire on your stock rims. You could also go down to a 16x8 or 16x10 inch rim and run a 285/75-16 (33x11.50) or a 305/70-16 (33x12.50). If you go with a 10 inch wide rim you will probably have to crank up your torsion bars and/or trim a little plastic off your front bumper's lower plastic valance. Here's a pic of my Screw at stock height with 285/75-16 BFG AT KO's on 16x10 Eagle 058's.
