Hey- you asked me a while back about the body life and manual 4 wheel drive shifter, sorry i didn't respond, i never did look back at the post. But as to it being harder to lock into 4lo, well, it is. The reason being is you change the angle of how the shifter meets the transmission cause you extend the stick. Its not a big deal, and i wouldn't take the lift off for that. But i've found that the farther down you grab to shift into 4 on the stick, the easier it is to engage. Thanks for remembering me, I think what I'll try is to leave the extension out and see how that works. I have heard of people doing that and it works. I'll let you know what I find out. Thanks again for the response.
