need an ASE certified opinion, maybe?

I have a 2001 Screw that I am needing to change out brake boosters (because I have bodydropped it and put airbag suspension on it) anyways I am interested in switching over to one of the hydro booster type systems (booster and master cylinder only) that come on the heavier trucks ie; 2000 Excursion or something. The main reason being that those cast contraption's that are the booster are small enough to fit in my engine compartment and even going down to a Ranger/Explorer booster is not enough sooooooo if anyone knows how these hydro booster systems work plllleeeeeaaaasssseeeeee fill me in.
sorry about the book here, -Ken

It is run off the power steering pump. Very simuler to the old powersteering rams they used. Have never seen a hyd. boost with a good pedal. They were used on Diesel engines because there is no vac. to run vac booster. sounds like you don't have much choice if that is all that will fit but you will feel the difference in performance.
