Rusty calipers

I replaced my front calipers on my 01 screw a while back with ones from autozone. They seem to be made out of steel instead of aluminum like the oem. They have rusted rather quickly. I was wondering if any body knew if napa or any others are more like the oem kind that don't rust...

thanks

My OEM ones rust pretty bad, but I have a 98. Every morning when I leave the brakes squeak until that rust comes off.

you bought sub-par steel calipers which use rust as a rust inhibitor. (yes it's true) The only way you can do away with rust is to go back to OEM which are aluminum and made by Bosch or get a new pair of steel ones and paint them before you put them on.

Ther isn't any other brand made like oem? I also see some listed at rockauto.com as motorcraft. I wonder if these are bosch or not?
