Just had BF Goodrich 315 55R X 16 Sport Truck
Radial T/As mounted on Ultra 50 series polished wheels put on my 98 F150 4 X 2. They fit great with no problems, no lift or any other mods required. They are about 1/4 inch less tall than my stock 255 70 X 16 tires they replaced but are about 3 inches wider. They look great and the truck handles like it is on rails. Any one want to buy a set of Lariat rims with Gooodyear RWL 255 70 X 16 tires with 20K miles?

I'm thinking about a set, but I'm not sure about going that wide because of hydroplaning. Is it a problem?

I love them. Have driven in rain with no problems yet. I haven't gone thru any very hard rains on the highway though. No problems to date and they make the truck look great. Good luck with yours.

Got them on sale with a tire/wheel package. Paid about $135 each. Got to get a roll of film developed and figure out how to post a scanned . As soon as I do I'll post them.

You first have to post your pics to a web page, I set up a free netscape web page.
Then you have to copy the jpg from your web page with [img] infront of the gpg
and [/ing] after the jpg

War Eagle - Thanks for the posts on the tires. I was real concerned with how wide I could go without rubbing, and figured if it worked for you, it would work for me. I went out and got hooked up with the same tires on some Panther 108 rims. Looks great with the extra width.

Extosea - I put on some 16 X 8 inch rims. It looks and rides great with the wider tires.
