Hi all, I purchased a new 2003 F-150 XLT Ext Cab 4x4 last fall,I now have 6,000KM on it and have have numerous complaints,one being that the wheels are rusting big time,the 1/4" of steel rim that shows past the chrome insert is just about all rust now,contacted my dealer and they got ahold of Ford.Got a call back and was told sucks to be you. Well I snapped, told them I will phone Ford myself and WILL get action,2 days later my dealer phoned and said they will do something with them. I think they are going to re powder coat and then plastic coat as well.
Has anyone else had this problem? I had a Dodge before this that had steel wheels with 130,00km on it and they were in better shape than these!
