Exclamation Front wheels locking up on wet pavement.

What could cause this? I have noticed it getting worse lately. Even on slow easy stops in wet weather, the front left I believe, locks up cold, and slides the front of the truck sideways and/or through the light sometimes. A bad caliper maybe? It could be both sides locking up at different times, not sure.,,,,98
