17x9 wheel with 265/70/17

Found a couple sets of 17x9 Eagle Alloy 101 and 102 wheels for what I think is a pretty decent price (about $500 plus $50 shipping), and a set of 058 17X8 (offset 0)for $450 plus $50 shipping. First of all, does anybody know if they will work with a 4X4? Second, does anybody know if they can be mounted with 265/70/17 Michelins? I'm looking for a look that is a little wider with the tires sticking out a little more than my stock chrome 17x7 wheels. The offset for the 101 and 102 is -8mm. Does that help with making the wheels stick out a little more? I can also get 17x8 MBMotoring wheels at Discount for about the same price. An inch narrower than the 101 and 102 and I think the offset is 0. I don't want to do any of this if I'm not going to notice any difference from the chromes I have, but I really like the way Wandell's Screw looks. My problem is that I just bought the tires last summer and don't want to dump both the tires and wheels just yet. I'm having the body lift done next week, and I have a feeling I'm not going to like the tire/wheel setup, so I'm looking for alternatives now.
Thanks.
