big tires equal less stopping power

i have 35 inch tires and i can definately feel the lack of braking power over stock 31 inch tires. What are the best pads i could put on the stock rotors for improved braking power?

I've been looking into doing a brake booster swap from an F-250. There's a different thread about it. I'm just not sure of all the parts and mods it might require.

I doubt swaping brake pads would do much. It might help a little to install drilled/vented rotors and HD brake pads, but that won't increase stopping power, just keep heat buildup down.
