Question Radial vs Bias Ply

I was wondering what the difference was between the Radial and Bias Ply tires were. I know the ride is the biggest factor and next from that is the price. What about mileage and noise? Or any other things i should know about? Thanks in advance!

Radials are the only way to go. The difference is in how the "threads" in the tire are wound I believe. Radials are a better value for longevity and value.

Bias ply's are for trail rigs, not really for the road. They are only about 15000mile tires at most.

On a smaller vehicle bias ply's might fly (ex. jeep)...but on one of your 5000lb vehicles theysimply wont. I've seen several people trade in new bias-ply's for radials. GO RADIAL. They ride quieter & smoother for longer...the only way to go.
