what is the stock bolt pattern on my 1998. Its not 4.5" is it?

 

Nope I think the rangers were 4.5". 97 and newer F150s are 5 on 135mm

what powerstroke73 said with 12mmx1.75 studs/lugs. F150's built after Nov 29 ,1999 have 14mmx2 studs/lugs.
