I think its 265-75-R16 for 2WD and I just put 285-75-R16 on my 4x Saturday. They don't rub, but it gets pretty close.

I also have the 285/75s and they come close to rubbing. You will have to buy a new speedo gear for your truck. I had 255/70s before and now my speedo is off by about 9%. The gears can be bought at a local dealership I think and are relatively inexpensive.

My 2 cents worth

If you're gonna stroke it, POWERSTROKE IT!!!

Question

Thanks powerstroke73 I thought there was a calibration tool out there to recalibrate the speedo to the bigger size tires????

From what I heard there is. Its made by Superlift and I'm not really sure how much it sells for but I think its around $40. The main advantage of this system is if you run multipule sizes of tires and all you need to do is change the setting instead of swaping gears. I think the gears are in the neighborhood of $10.

Cool

My 265's were off by about 9 or 10%. I'm going on a road trip Thursday where I know there are some mileage markers so I'll let you know what I find out. I'm not going to change the speedo, I'll just plead ignorance!
