Will they work
I have a 98 f150 4x4 with a 2inch poor mans lift, and a 3inch body lift. Alright will 315/75/16 fit on stock rims and perform correctly with the lift that I have or what will I have to do to make them work.

Well they will fit with only the 3" body lift installed so you would be fine. As for fitting on the stck rims, they won't. The stock rims are too narrow to run that wide of a tire. You would probably have to go with either 16x8 or 16x10 rims to get them to fit right.
