Question tech look

Since I have an older f-150 (1985) I want to give it a custom look for wheels. I think that the STOCK (I know I don't like that word either) wheels off a newer f-150 would look good. I was just wondering if the lug size changed? Would there be any other problems that I might encounter?

The bolt-pattern changed to metric in '97. Rims off a "new" style truck won't fit the "older" ones.
