Question Truck pulls to right during braking?

i have a 97 f150 4x4 SC, and now when i press the brakes, the truck pulls to the right. the right front tire is full of brake dust, but there is hardly any on the left front. I jacked the left front up and had my brother press the brake. i could not spin the left front, so i jacked the right front up, and i had him press the brakes, and the right front tire had resistance, but i could spin the tire with my foot. any ideas? could it be the caliber?

i checked the pads and they have at least 1/4 inch left on them, but the front right pads are squealing... there is also no leakage coming from the calibers or brakes lines. the master cylinder looks fine, and there are not ABS lights on.

Try bleeding the calipers. You may even want to bleed the system and completely change the fluid if you haven't before.

I had a problem with my truck pulling to one side after replacing the pads. Bleeding the system again resolved it.

check those caliper slides and make sure the pads move freely in the mounting bracket. may have a bad brake hose also. but these caliper slides freeze up alot.
