Between 33" and 35"?

Is there any tire, wheel combo that would give me a 34" tire for a 5 inch lift on my f150? I am looking at spindles and coil spacers and i think 33's would be small and 35's would be big. Is there a tire for either a 17 or 16 inch wheel that would give me the median between 33" and 35"?

BFG and Nitto make a 295/75-16 which is basically a 34x12.00-16. Goodyear makes a 305/70-17 MTR which is basically a 34x12.50-17. Nitto also makes a 325/70-16 which is like a 34x13.50-16.

Most tires aren't the same size as their nameplate says. I'd go check the manufacturer's specs for tire height. You may be able to find a short 35 or a real tall 33. Good luck -

Well, here is the 6" skyjacker system with procomp 35's. Had to trim my running boards and lower valance plastic under the front bumper due to it rubbing a little when the suspension compressed and I was turning at the same time. I love the ride and look of it now!

You guys are forgetting that this is for a 2wd. A 5in will not easily clear 35s, if at all. 33s will probably be the best size to go with.

285/70R17 = 32.7" diameter
305/70R17 = 33.8" diameter
315/70R17 = 34.4" diameter

285/75R16 = 32.8" diameter
305/75R17 = 34" diameter
315/70R17 = 34.6" diameter

For all your tire calculation needs, check out this calculator or this one. Or, find the tire that interests you at Tirerack and look at the Specs page.

sk8injr1,

Are you planning on off roading? If not you could get away with 35's on a 3 inch front lift, I did a 3 front/ 4 rear with BFG at ko's in 315/70/17 with no trimming at all! There is plenty of clearance for street driving, I use my truck for work, drive up large curbs etc with no rubbing issues, the only place it rubs is in the inner fender well behind the front tires at full turn. No problems there. Also the measurements that BFG gives on there website for the 315 is like 34.45 or so. I don't remember exactly. Hope this helps! Greg

gc714-
Are those the 35s that are in your pic? For some reason they look kinda small. I had 315/75r16s on my last truck, and they look bigger for some reason.

yes they are! The pic doesn't do them justice! In person they are huge! I love them, I really wasn't sure if they'd fit but it's perfect!
