Red face Cruddy wheels?

I have alloy wheels on my 97' F150 4x4 and where lead weights had been put on the wheels when the tires were balanced, the wheels looks very cruddy.

Is there any way of cleaning this junk off the wheels? It kinda looks as if there are blisters on the wheels.

I don't think so, just keep looking at it for awhile and you'll finally get disgusted and find some way to buy new wheels. That's what happened to me anyway
