Angry im pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

went to get my tires rotated,balanced and the front end alligned..............well im in the shop watching the guys and i look at the rotors when the wheels are off and damnit guess what........they broke one of my damn studs.........i went to the mgr and said hey dude your techs just broke my stud......he tried to find the match in the shop to no luck.so now they have to order them from ford and put them on tomorrow..........how the hell do you break the stud?????????? i just had to vent a lil.......thanks for hearing me out.........

was it at a walmart? my wife happened to be in the auto area for something else and she watched one of their "technicians" put a lug not on after changing tires. used the air wrench and cross threaded the hell out of it.... now, i have never seen anyone cross thread a lug nut. i didn't even think it was possible. live and learn. needless to say, we will *not* be getting any tires from walmart

NO!!!!!!!! it was not at wal-mart.i work at wal-mart and i know exactly what they do in the shop(i work elsewhere).the so called techs in the shop have forgot to put the filter back on(duh),then one of the techs was backing the car up with the door open and bent the damn door all the way to the fender by hitting another car.i get my work done elsewhere......i will not get my automotive services done at wally world...........they pay me good but the services i do are not automotive. i did get the lugs fixed tonight for the price of$0.......take care guys......jason

Man, i just graduated high school last school yr, and i am pretty well inclined on cars and such i would like to think. But i was in my automotive class, and watched this idiot, cross thread 3 lug nuts in a week. He kept taking the tire on and off all week, and by the end of the week, the teacher ended up cutting those three off. It was the funniest **** ive ever seen.

Don't know the year of your truck but check the recall list some 98's had a recall for studs that could break if over tightend... have the rest of your studs inspected
