Chrome lasts longer and stays "shiny" alot better. Polished means just that, "polished," which means they look really good when you put some elbow grease into them and keep them clean and polished as much as possible, or they'll get a grayish tint. You have to do the same for chrome to keep them protected, but it is better, thats why most of the time chrome is way more expensive than a polished wheel.

If I could afford to do it over again I would get CHROME. And probably not those $400 ones, just one of those cheaper ones. The polished wheels are very high maintenance. Check out American Racing's website, they've got a lot of pics and prices.
