rearABS light on, how to reset?

I tried the wire trick , grounding, reading codes, re-connecting, start up,- no luck. Light still stays on, code 16 : all systems good.

I caused the light to come on wen troubleshooting the pedal.

Just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to reset the rabs light?

disconnecting the batt. for 1/2hr (the truck will run rough for a while if you do this) or driving and restarting the truck for a couple cycles has worked for the check light.
having the parking brake on will also put the light on try releasing it.

If nothing else works, just replace it. I bought a new one at the dealership for $12.00. Took me 10 minutes to replace.

Well now I'm getting code 9, so starting to wonder if the speed sensor in the rear end failed? (high resistance:open) Gonna go to Ford dealer in Reading to get new one. The parts girl w/big ***** ( )says it costs $20.

Gready Little - what the hell you thinking? We should have won that fricking game.
