Post What size tire for stock wheels

I picked up a set of 16" painted steel wheels for the winter. Those 17" 60's just don't go in the snow, I tried it last year! No matter how much weight is in the back.

So now I need to know what size tire is supposed to go on these rims.

Thanks

The came with 235/70 R-16's if I'm not mistaken. They are 7 inches wide also. However and more importantly, they will handle more tire than that and you probably want to approximate the same diamieter as the tires/wheels you take off to keep you speedo close and shift points the same. Check on it before you decide.
