That may be the metric conversion but you'll never see them listed as that. They are a standard pattern. 5x5.5" All F150s from 96- have that pattern, and for that mattern its pretty popular with alot of chevies, dodges, and cars too.
Yes, 5x139.7mm is the same/metric conversion of 5x5.5". As far as I know, the industry has converted to metric measurements, and this is actually how I found it listed (though I'm sure 5x5.5" was how it was intended).

97-03 F150 AND Expeditions have 5x135mm patterns, the 04 F150s (might be 03 for the Expys but not 100%, its either 03 or 04) will be 6 on 135mm. Either way the only Ford trucks that will have the bolt pattern you need is 96-.
ok,a while back I posted about lug size, and I wanted to use my aftermarket wheels that I had on a Dodge and you said that they wouldn't fit.And here your saying that '96-up Ford has a 5x5.5 pattern, the same as Dodge. So are they the same or am I mis-reading this?
I got my right hand in cast right now so I can't try to fit one on yet

The statement made is a bit confusing. The deal is:
Model Year '97 and up F150's and expeditions: 5 on 135
They are the only trucks with that spacing.
96 and earlier would carry the 5 on 5.5, like the dodge trucks.
