I heard that Ford put out a recall for tie rod ends on the F150's. Is this true? Would they make any kind of squeeking noise when the truck is moving very slow? Mine has this problem and have had the U joints replaced as well as the ball joints greased and it doesn't seem to help. Could it possibly be the tie rods or the ends?

 

Took mine in last week for the recall but I don't think it was tie rod ends. Was something else in regards to steering. Didn't need any repair/replacement. Service manager said that hadn't had one yet needing anything on the recall.
