I need to know if anyone knows if there's a place on the net where you can buy Aftermarket Rotors and Pads on the internet.. and using PAYPAL.

 

I don't know about using PayPal, but there are quite a few sites online to buy aftermarket parts of all kinds. TruckPerformance.com is one of my favorites, but there are also many more, including TireRack.com and JCWhitney.com. Really, your best bet is to search Google and hunt them down.
