Hey, all:

I have some Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish and these wheels:

The Ford site says they are, " 17" cast aluminum 5-spoke wheels with satin nickel painted pockets and Ford oval center caps." Will this polish be okay for these wheels? What about the painted part? Thanks, everyone.

 

I am not a detailing expert, but since nobody else has replied I thought I would throw in my 2 cents. I would think that most factory wheels are coated so they don't tarnish. That being the case, I don't think they would need a polish. I would also be worried about the polish removing the factory coating.
