new pads same rotors!

My question is, I have changed my brake pads in the front of my truck and have used the same rotors! by doing this, would it cause the brakes to squeak when the pressure is applied! when I first bought the truck I didn't have the squeak problem! now that I have just changed the pads the brakes squeak everytime I push on my brakes! do I need to change both the pads and rotors to get rid of the squeak (Or get the rotors turned)! plus I have a really bad brake dust problem! didn't have it until I changed the pads! could that be involved to! any help is appreciated!

Did you have the rotors turned? Even if you didn't, ... the pads should form to the the rotors in a few days/trips.

Did you put the anti squeak/vibration pads behind the brake pads?

The dust could be due to the material composition of the new break pads.
