I've been seeing the same thing for the past couple of months. Extremely strange, cuz it wasn't all the time. This past Friday night I felt it really bad, so Saturday I pulled the wheels and pads.....took a caliper and measured the rotors. Even all the way around, but when I set them on the garage floor, sure as heck, there was just the smallest deviation when checking "side to side". Trying to turn warped rotors won't fix a thing, as they'll warp again within 5,000 miles, so.........
I picked up a set of Aimco rotors and stuck them on........new pads......and smoothe as silk now. $100 for everything and I know it's done better than any dealership or "brake specialist". Pretty amazing how being just the slightest out of square will do that.

As for replacment Slotted Rotors becasue your truck is 2wd you are not going to like the price . I suggest going to www.truckperformance.com and pick yourself up set of Powerslot Slotted rotors and then head over to www.tirerack.com and get your self some HAWK HP Light Duty Pads. I just upgraded my 4x4 to this set up and the rotors and pads are very nice. Becasue your truck is a 4x2 the rotors howver are a bit on the expensive side due to the ABS sensor being part of the rotor hub from what i understand.

Truck performance has the best price i have found on the rotors while tire rack had the pads I wanted.
