Reair dings to Aluminum rims

Reair dings to Aluminum rims
Had wheel off to change shock and it fell over onto something that scratched/dinged the rim. Should I treat the exposed Al? Looks like there was a clear finish applied. What is it? Thanks

Depending on the size of the scratch, you can get a touch up bottle from your local Pep Boys, AutoZone, etc. Fill in the scratch and you're done. If it's a big one, you may need to have it stripped and re-cleared.
