stock factory rims info

I have stock rims on my truck now but am looking into getting new ones. I am trying to figure out how far out the tires will be moved with the new rms I am looking at. What is ther stock backspacing and offset? The code on my door sticker is 16X7.0J Please help.

I believe the back spacing is only an inch or two because when my firend got 35's with 4 5/8 and his tires stick out 2 or 3 inches...

The stock backspacing is approximately 4 1/2 inches. You will find that most aftermarket rims for F-150's have 4 1/2 or 4 5/8inches of backspacing. In other words, if you want the rims to "stick out" farther, you will have to go with a wider rim.
