How to stop this truck, no brakes no matter what

According to my owners manual the rear drum brakes are adjusted when you use the parking (emergency) brake.

Also, I have read on this site that some that complained about not enought stopping power had the dealer install the brake booster from an F-250LD.

I wanted you guys to know that the rear brakes will not stop the wheels from turning while the rear is up on jacks. This is because the antilock system knows the truck is not moving and will not apply pressure to the rear wheels.

A more powerfull brake booster will help, as the stock F150 one is very weak.

I thought ABS on our trucks won't come on until the truck goes faster than 5 mph? I thought that was the consensus?
