02 F150 with 5.4- replaced intake manifold due to coolant leak now it runs like crap- cyl #1 misfire, lean bank one. Purchased new manifold by Doorman , all mating surfaces were spotless torqued to specs. WTF? Gotta get fixed asap start new job in 5 days, any help would GREATLY be appreciated!!

 

Probably got coolant in the coil well and burned the coil up. pull coil and dry it out with air and Replace the coil. Your lean code may be a vac leak. Where do you live??
