So, it sounds like there is some interest in a pismo meet. It would be nice to get some of the Norcal and Socal guys together to have some fun. Pismo is probably the best location. I would like to get the ball rolling in setting this up.
Want to know what dates you guys think would be best? I'm thinking anything from April-July. I think starting the planning now will help to get the best turnout. I know there was a meet about 3 years ago with a good turn out.

 

I am down for june-july. That will be when I am back from my deployment. If it's before that's cool I'll just hit up the next one and see pics and vids from you guys on this one.

as i have a week off for both of these dates! well one week i can use for ether week

 

any works for me. its a 7 hour trip either way for me. haha damn LA traffic!
but the later the better. can save up more. i only get 11 mpg. hopefully more once i get my efans installed. but im done. i like doing meets. how long will it be? a week a few days? thats also a problem. and i dont think a busy weekend would be good. but i dont really care. we should go when huckfest is going. itll be funn to watch prerunners hit the hill. look up heckfest on youtube. ive always wanted to go.

 

^^^I think June would be a good month to do it. And I was thinking of a weekend meet. I don't think most people could stay longer than that and camping on the sand gets old after a couple days unless you have an rv or travel trailor.

 

My wife's step son is getting married in San Luise Obispo on August 6th, I could kill two birds with one stone. But any other dates is OK too. I'll see if I can get a socal convoy to join.

 

Would you be free to due a weekend in June? Reason I ask is I would like to make it so FiveOmerc could make it out and May would be to early. And I am thinking July 4th would a lot of people would have other plans with their families.


August might be a possibility, but I would like to have it earlier. I was looking at the calender and the weekend of June 17th would be 2 weeks after memorial day and 2 weeks before the 4th. What do you guys think about that date.

I could be wrong. Do you guys think people would want to have a meet on the 4th? It works for me but I am just want to get best turn out.

 

Anytime for me sounds good, but if you do it in August usually around the 14th there will be tons of people out in the dunes for the portuguese celebration

 

like i said i got one week to burn as far as my vacation goes. i just need two weeks notice most of the time maybe since its summer three weeks notice. but my boss is way cool and will let me do what i want as long as the jobs are covered!

 

June 17th is open for me right now. Id like to get down there on the dunes again. Hopefully Ill have either a 4wd vehicle or at least a posi in the rear by then.hahaha.

i might be moving to sacremento during the summer some time. and pismo was on my list of places to stop. i was going to make a week long road trip with a uhaul and my stuff to take with me. so i'm down to go there if the meet is around then. just need to plan out the trip if it is around then. if its may ill just go if its june, july, auguest then ill go too but i might have a uhaul with me. haha

 

Alright I am going to go ahead and plan it for June 24th-26th (Fri-Sun). Alright unless there are any big objections to this date lets start getting some people together. I have a feeling this will be a blast. I am going to add a link to my sig and it would be cool if you guys could to, help spread the word.

 

i would i just cant get my sig to pop up for some reason. ill do some research on why then ill post it! and i cant wait for this. i dont think ill move till late july so ill make this! me my gf and a few buddys. maybe a friend with an exploder! haha
