Kind of out of your way but I can recommend TNT Car Wash in Surprise. The tint guy moves around throughout the week so he might work in the East Valley too.
While we have the AZ people here, what about a good shop to get a Daystar installed? I got a good quote from Auto Now on E. Bell but I don't have any experience with them.

Absolutely - got the daystar installed, alignment, and headlight leveling for $260 out the door. Kind of far from your end of town but might be worth the drive - next best quote I got anywhere in phx area was $375.
