Angry Loser smashed my F150

A loser ran a stop sign and smashed the whole front end of my truck sideways. The kicker is that he had NO insurance, no licence,no tags, no job, and a warrant for his arrest. So Im $#!t out of luck.

1998 F-150
V-8 4.6
(WRECKED!!!!)

What a Loser!!!!

Yet it always seem that said loser who smashed your truck up is back out on the street within 3 days still w/o insurance.

There are so many people driving without insurance here in Austin I shudder to think of it.

Mark.

If he's facing charges, stay in touch with the DA. They can/will tack on restitution to his charges. You may not get a check for your total loss next week. But in the long run you may recoup some or all of your out of pocket.

It is really amazing to me that the law abiding citizen get's the short end of the stick. It is just too easy and tempting to be a loser.

Sorry about your loss, we all weep when a Ford truck gets plowed.

Wow, that really sucks

Here in CA. we have an add-on you can get for 'uninsured motorists coverage'. I have it since a similar thing happened years ago:

I got hit from behind by a #$% without insurance. He pushed my car into the car in front of me (a damn BMW of course) and since he was a looser, my insurance had to cover everything. All that happened to him was he lost his license.. supposedly.

that is why you get...

uninsured/underinsured with your policy...the same thing happened to my daugthers car and the company paid off the car and put 1500 in her pocket....and the girl that hit her was1) here illegally 2) no license 3) driving a car that was'nt hers 4) the person who actually owned the car had sold it 4 months before and did'nt make sure the title and registration got tranferred 5)the girl had gotten into an accident 2 weeks prior in the same car and walked away with a ticket both times...sad

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. That's why it's important to make sure you have adequate insurance for your vehicle. Hopefully you will be covered for this by your insurance and can get it fixed. The sad thing is, the loser will be out doing it again next week.

About a month ago, I had a similar incident envolving a real Jack a$$ who was attempting to get away with a hit-n-run. The guy had just rear ended a lady in my school's parking lot. He didn't want to stick around, so he decided to high tail out of there right into my wonderfully brave truck. He took out my right fender, bumper, and grill. Luckily, no one was hurt!

I hope no one was hurt in your accident!

And, I am sorry to hear about your truck

I got my rental-truck today. The irony is that someone wrecks my F-150 and I get put in an 03 silvardo fully loaded!!!!!!!!

They did that so you can appreciate your Ford that much more when you get it back.
