Has anyone out there supercharged a V-10 yet? If so what kind of increases did you see in HP and Torque? Did it hurt or help your gas mileage? Any info will be helpfull.

 

I'll second this question. I'm curious to hear what supercharging does for the 6.8. I've considered it for my next truck. I'd really like to get a Lightning but who knows where the prices will be for the next gen. I think the V10 would go nicely supercharged. I would expect a slight drop from the already poor gas mileage.

Maybe there aren't many (or any) people here who have supercharged their V10, but has anyone heard of someone who did?

You might want to check the Excursion forum. Mrrottndog has a supercharger on his V10 and has talked about it some.

 

Thank you guys for the replys. The Whipple charger looks like what I am looking for but they don't have any hard numbers which is what I am looking for. I will keep you all up to date as it happens and post a few pics and how it looks once I am done.
