My 99 5.4 just rolled over 80,000 and I would like to give a little tune up. What should I do besides change the plugs and the fuel filter. I hate to ask this, but, could someone direct me to the technical post where the spark plug info is located. Any info would be nice.

 

Change the diff fluid and tranny fluid if it's an auto, get the rad flushed, air filter

 

80,000 miles
Change engine oil, Tranny oil, and maybe rear end oil. Spark plugs maybe. Check for good PCV valve. Check exhaust for leaks and give her a good waxin before winter hits!
