Try AMSOIL's Power Foam. I does a great job of cleaning the upper intake system and removing carbon build up. I have used it serveral times with great success.

Don't know -
It is a good Honda dealership that wants to do the decarboning as part of routine service - They stated the carbon would be removed all the way down to the piston tops.
Motorvac?

Unless your having an issue they expect to correct with the decarboning process, I don't think I'd mess with it... A lot of people on here have had the motorvac process for decarboning performed on there engines to correct issues such as predetonation (that might I add from what I've read for the most part have not helped very much.) If there doing it strictly as a routine maintenance item, unless you see something about it in your maintenance manual, personally I'd save your money. If you do decide to have it done, atleast ask what their 'decarboning process' includes. I've been told many places throw in a can of B-12 and send you on your way.

Is that $199 for a Motor-Vac? That's alittle high. I paid $125 but sometimes they Ford dealerships have a special for $99.00. I heard good things about Sea-Foam.
