Dirty IAC at 32K?

The other day I was going down my driveway which is steep downhill. I normally pull my truck down in 1 for engine braking. At the bottom I will then pull it up in OD. Anyway when I pulled it out of 1 it died. At the bottom I hit the starter and it started just like normal. Has anyone had a dirty IAC at such low mileage doesnt seem likely to me, just thought I would as before I tear into it.

My IAC fouled at 22,000. Replaced it and this one has gone 38,000 without a problem.
I haven't moved or changed my route/driving habits, go figure.

Could your gas tank have been very low and the steep angle of the driveway cause the gas from not being picked up by the fuel pump properly? Just a thought.

Optical illusion. It really is a Navigator. Must be the reflection from the sun.

Actually I was just messing around with my digital camera and finally took some pictures of my Mustang. I didn't expect the picture to be that big. I'll have to go into my profile and get it shrunk down.

No, it's a 5.0. I don't think they made the 4.6 until 96. It's a fun car to drive, but definitely a lot different than the Navigator. I have a daughter who turns 16 tomorrow, who has her eyes on it. That thought just scares the hell out of me. Oh well, I can't complain, when I was 16, my mom bought a 1968 Cougar with a 427 in it. I sold my car and kept borrowing hers. Now that was some horsepower.
